Book donations

Jessica Sheffield, the author of the environmental series of The Guardian of Nature, donates her literary work. Soft cover books are not offered for sale and are only attainable through donations and sponsorship. The printing MASTHERLITO has joined the Pay it Forward initiative and prints the books at a minimal cost. There is also a free digital version of the book.

With the purchase of each hardcover book, a soft cover book will be donated to a child in a rural school in Costa Rica.  Despite high literacy rates countrywide, many young boys and girls are raised without books. This is especially prevalent in rural areas

Contribute with your talents

Do you have a talent to share with the Guardians movement?  The Pay it Forward component of the Guardians of Nature series welcomes individuals with graphic design experience, environmental educators, musicians, or other talents to contribute to our initiative.  Please send a brief profile and your contact information to laguardianadelanaturaleza@gmail.com

Mentor guardians

Mentor Guardians are individuals or groups who are interested in taking the message of the Guardian of Nature to preschool and primary school children in Costa Rica. 
 Some of the activities would include:

• Conducting Guardians of Nature introductory and supportive workshops in Costa Rican schools.
• Follow-up with the distribution of environmental education materials and implementing environmental challenges.
• Supporting Ecological Blue Flag schools with their activities and projects

and by doing so, it may be possible to reverse the damage that's been done to our planet
